Our cognitive training methods are based on the award-winning instructional design models developed by Dr. Jim Moshinskie, PhD, and longtime Acecenture Professor of Human Performance Improvement Technology at Baylor University. Dr. Moshinskie's eLearning methodology is currently used by many of the most successful companies in the world including Genentech, Baylor Medical Systems, Siemens and Michelin Tires.
Each lesson follows a five step process to insure that you develop and retain skills that will save you time and improve the quality of your Google Searches. We use Dr. Moshinskie's methodology, called ROPES, for each lesson. It's outlined below.

Our subject matter expert, Natasha Bergson-Michelson, holds a Master's from Harvard and a Master's of Library and Information Science from San Jose State University. For over ten years, she directed research and training in high-tech public relations and consulting firms, schools, and other institutions.
