"The pause feature was very helpful when I was either interrupted, wasn't sure I'd understood correctly, etc. Also, the script feature allowed me to review what had just been said.

With the red boxes highlighting what was being modified it was much easier to follow than a small white arrow like in the online (webinar) training.
